Our desserts are made by hand and baked to order.

Our cupcakes are frozen and shipped in insulated containers with dry ice. All orders are sent via UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and 2nd Day Air* anywhere in the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. UPS Ground is only available to select zip codes that deliver within 48 hours from NY. Saturday delivery is available for an additional UPS surcharge of $15.00. Orders shipped 2nd day to select zip codes may arrive within one day. Rates are based on the shipment weight and distance from New York City to the destination. Please note delivery dates when choosing delivery method. We do not ship same day. Daily order cutoff time is 2PM EST. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by events or incidents beyond our or our carrier’s control including severe weather conditions and incorrect addresses. Please be sure the shipping address is correct including apartment, floor and unit numbers before completing your order. Corrections to the shipping address received after the order is in transit will result in delays. We do not ship to P.O. (Post Office) Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. When shipping to colleges campuses, please include the street address and the students name and box number. Please see our shipping schedule for additional delivery information.
